Motion Graphics & Visual Effects
Motion Graphics is a relatively new endeavour for us, compared to our overall experience in design and animation, but we approach the subject with much excitement.
There are some really great things happening accross the web in this field, and we look forward to being a part if it for years to come - offering our services in video production, as well as visual effects for our clients. Already we have completed several small projects, and have several more in the works.
Pomona Swap Meet- Logo Animation 2
New PSM logo intro using After Effects CS5.5 & VC's Action Essentials II, AfterShake, and others. We are currently working on a series of new HD videos to replace the 2009 standard format ones now on YouTube. This video is 5.8MB. See full video on YouTube
Echo Productions - Logo Animation
Worked with client on new treatment for company logo, which included coming up with a new style in Photoshop, a new spiral in Illustrator, converting the spiral to a font using
ScanFont 5 & TypeTool 3, and then ultimately animating the logo in After Effects.
Pomona Swap Meet- Logo Animation
While working on producing a collection of videos for the Pomona Swap Meet, we decided to add an 8-second logo animation to serve as the intro to each video. The logo reflection & background were done in Photoshop, and the rest was completed in After Effects. Click here to see videos.
The Ring - After Effects Tutorial Results
This is the second video in a series I'm currently working on, based on Andrew Kramer's awesome After Effects tutorials. Kramer stated that the inspiration for the tutorial was based on a Troika Design animation, probably their work on TNT.
Sure Target - After Effects Tutorial Results
The first in a series of After Effects videos, this one is based on a Video Copilot tutorial, and utilizes their original Sure Target preset, for After Effects. These videos will, of course, eventually branch off into original works, but for now, the important thing is to learn.
