Design: The design phase of an online course or training program involves outlining the learning objectives, identifying the target audience, and structuring the content into manageable modules. We collaborate directly with you to ensure that your curriculum is aligned with your educational goals, and that they are engaging for learners. Key components such as multimedia elements, interactive activities, and assessments are carefully planned to enhance understanding and retention.

Configuration: During the configuration stage, the course content is integrated into a Learning Management System (LMS) or chosen delivery platform. This includes uploading materials, setting up user roles, establishing pricing, course navigation, and configuring settings such as progress tracking, quizzes, and/or discussion forums. Accessibility, mobile compatibility, and user interface design are prioritized to create a seamless learning experience.

Build-Out: The build-out phase focuses on assembling and testing the course. This involves helping you to developed multimedia content like videos (where my help is needed), and/or animations, creating interactive quizzes, and embedding external resources. The course is then tested internally to identify technical issues, ensure content accuracy, and validate usability. Once quality assurance is complete, the program is launched, and feedback mechanisms are established for future improvements.
